Assistant Accountant (Ref No. IAP/PRW011/19)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting, preferably in hospitality / property industry
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with good numerical sense
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting system and MS Office applications
  • Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills 
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven English proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all accounting and finance operation for Signature Homes’ portfolio
  • Manage and maintain guest records
  • Handle rental collection, deposit refund and expenses settlement
  • Prepare accounting reports and analysis

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Accounts Clerk).
