Accounting Assistant

Roles & responsibilities:

 

  • Handle accounting, personal, and office administration affairs
  • Arrange meetings and appointments
  • Travel arrangements
  • Handle phone calls
  • Filing and typing

 

Requirements / Qualification:

 

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience (Banking experience is preferred)
  • Spoken & written proficiency in English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, good team player and responsible
  • PC skills (MS office and Chinese word processing)
