Research Officer - Property Research (Ref No. IAP/PRW063/18)


  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or a related discipline, preferably with a master’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years’ research experience
  • Strong analytical and organizing skills
  • A team player with strong initiatives and ability to work under pressure & tight timelines
  • Willing to travel
  • Proven English proficiency; fluent Putonghua is a plus


  • Conduct researches on mainland / overseas / HK property markets 
  • Maintain and update databases of property markets
  • Monitor policy changes in relevant markets
  • Perform other duties as assigned

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior positions.)
