Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Ref No. QS / AQS)
Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies. Professionals are also welcome. Administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, budgeting, measurement, material procurement, preparation of tenders for sub-contracts, payments, variations, final accounts, and other contractual issues. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building industry, preferably with good working experience in main contractors or consultant firms. Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
